  5. The Website’s offer is addressed to businesses and sole proprietorships wishing to use the services provided by the Owner.
     

  6. The offer is made via telephone or electronic means, following the User's initial contact with the Owner through the Website and a subsequent phone call to clarify the User's service preferences.

Retention: until contract completion and limitation period. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
     

  4. Handling Complaints – name, mailing address, phone, email, and other necessary data. Retention: statute of limitations. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
     

  5. Establishing, pursuing, and defending claims – name, address, email, phone, and other data. Retention: limitation period. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
     

  6. Legal obligations and marketing activities – including direct marketing via email and phone. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
     

Consent to Data Processing:
