Retention: until contract completion and limitation period. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
     

  4. Handling Complaints – name, mailing address, phone, email, and other necessary data. Retention: statute of limitations. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
     

  5. Establishing, pursuing, and defending claims – name, address, email, phone, and other data. Retention: limitation period. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
     

  6. Legal obligations and marketing activities – including direct marketing via email and phone. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
     

Consent to Data Processing:
