Case study - taken from real life:

  1. Building a sales team in a technology company
    A technology company needed support in building an effective B2B team. We worked with the sales director on personal values, organizational culture, team communication and operational goals. The result was a better integrated, aware team and specific sales results. 
     

  2. Merger of companies - support in the acquisition process.
    A service company in the process of merging asked for support in the acquisition process. My role included internal communication, customer relations, merging structures and legal elements. The entire process took 6 months and ended with a successful integration of the companies.
