I support leaders and organizations in achieving measurable results by offering mentoring, coaching and consulting in the areas of leadership, career and business. I work with both Polish and international companies as well as startups.

I work with boards and business owners, supporting them in change management, restructuring and strategy development. I believe that effective leadership is based on trust, shared goals and a high level of service - both internal and external. I am also involved in social activities, being a member of "Pro Bono Leaders". Privately, I am an ultramarathon runner, traveler and literature enthusiast.
