I am an experienced leader, mentor, and coach guided by clearly defined values: respect, honesty and humility.
My approach is based on setting precise goals and measurable outcomes, building effective strategies, and executing them consistently to deliver tangible business results.
In every project I undertake, people always come first—their values, experiences, and passions.

A key element of my philosophy, both in business and in life, is maintaining a healthy balance between work, passion, and personal life.

Expertise and Experience

I specialize in strategic and operational management, building high-performing teams, business development, and developing individual soft skills. I have many years of experience in HR, e-commerce, and service industries, working with both Polish and international companies, including startups. I support organizations in B2B sales and in effective implementation of growth strategies.

Leadership and Team Management

I firmly believe that responsible and courageous leadership, teamwork, a culture of respect and mutual trust, and the ability to leverage individual potential are critical to building successful teams and organizations.
In my view, sustainable competitive advantage must be built primarily on delivering exceptional service to both internal (team) and external (client) customers—an element that cannot be easily replicated.

Mentoring / Coaching

I work with leaders, managers, and individuals in the areas of leadership coaching, career coaching, and business coaching. I conduct both individual and team sessions using a variety of development tools, including Insights Discovery.

Crisis Consulting and Business Advisory

I collaborate with executive boards, investors, private owners, and supervisory boards, offering support in crisis and intervention consulting. I assist companies in change management, restructuring, and implementing effective business models.

Social Responsibility and Volunteering

I believe volunteering is a path to responsible leadership. That’s why I actively engage in various initiatives and activities. I am a member of the “Liderzy Pro Bono” coalition and cooperate with several foundations.

To me, strong leadership is not just about business success, but also about making a positive impact on the world around us.
