   A 35-year-old woman, tired of working in missionless organizations, was looking for a new professional direction.
   Together, we analyzed her experience, strengths, and expectations for her future career. It turned out that her dream was to work for a foundation or an NGO. We created a new CV, optimized her LinkedIn profile, identified target organizations and contacts, and developed an action plan. Result? A new career chapter aligned with her values and passion.

   An experienced leader from a large organization was seeking a new job. We worked on his professional profile, personal branding, and networking strategy. Initially, his CV lacked any clear achievements or marketing experience – we built a strong image of a marketing expert, opening new career opportunities.

1. From Idea to Market Leader – Startup Development
   Startup founders approached me with two business ideas. We went through the entire process – from selecting the business direction, securing financing, and handling legal and formal matters, to prepare for IPO and international expansion.
   Today, the company is recognized in both domestic and international markets.

2. Market Entry Strategy for a New Business
   A client with a business idea needed a clear plan. I conducted a market analysis (both Polish and international), and together we developed a four-stage implementation strategy. The investment was launched, and I served as an Interim Manager, supporting its execution.

3. Experienced Entrepreneur at a Standstill
   The owner of a manufacturing company operating for 15 years needed a fresh perspective and a new approach to business.
   After a joint analysis, we implemented changes in sales, finance, team structure, production, and warehouse operations.
